Shipping and Returns Policy

Alma Ryse hopes that you never have to cancel or return a product. At the same time, we would be there to help you whenever you do so due to certain circumstances. As a first step we are laying out our cancellation and return policy to take care of your hassles.

Cancellation and Returns Policy

  • Order has not been shipped yet: Any order which has not been shipped can be cancelled partially or fully. The amount paid by you (if it is a prepaid order) would be refunded to you and should reflect in your account in 7-10 days.
  • Order was damaged when received: We take utmost care while packaging to ensure that the product reaches you the way you had seen it on our website. However, due to situations beyond our control, the items delivered might get damaged in transit. We would be more than happy to replace or cancel your order under such circumstance. We would request you to let us know of the damage the day you receive it.
  • Incorrect items received: We are proud of the robustness of our fulfillment process and the right shipment would reach the right person at the right place. In case you receive items that are different from the ones you ordered, we will have the incorrect items picked up from your house. We will also be shipping the right items to you at our earliest.

Returns Policy

You may, within 7 working days of receipt of your order, return any item in unused, original condition for a full refund. In this case, you will receive a full refund of the price paid for the products in accordance with our refunds policy set out below. Some of our products are fragile. Whilst every care will be taken to deliver the goods safely, inevitably some breakages may occur. In this event we will replace the damaged goods. If you wish to return items, you must inform us in writing. You must also return the product(s) to us immediately, in the same condition in which you received them, and at your own cost and risk. You have a legal obligation to take reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. If you fail to comply with this obligation, we may have a right of action against you for compensation.     Refund Policy

    If you return items within the period mentioned above and in accordance with the terms of our Returns Policy, we will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any case, within 30 days of receiving the returned items. In this case, we will refund the price of the product in full, including a refund of the original delivery charges charged to you. However, you will be responsible for returning the item to us in its original condition and all postal costs or other costs incurred when returning the product(s). If you return the product because you are claiming that it is defective we will examine the returned product and will notify you of our findings and confirm whether you are entitled to a refund on the grounds that the product was defective. Defective products returned by you will be refunded in full, including a refund of the original delivery charges charged to you and the postal cost incurred by you in returning the item to us provided that a receipt for or evidence of such costs is provided.

      Shipping Policy

      All Orders / Items shall be dispatch usually within 1-2 business days of placing the Order. The customer shall be duly informed in case of any delay caused or in case of any exceptions. The timely delivery of the Order requires the purchaser to provide the complete details of the shipping address including flat number, building number, street name, locality and nearest landmark. Purchasers are to ensure that the correct PIN Code and contact numbers are provided.

      Once the Order is shipped, the name of the Courier Company and the Air Way Bill number (AWB No) will be provided to the Purchaser. The Purchaser may be able to track his/her shipment using this number. The courier companies may return the Products/ Orders to us in case the same fail to deliver the Order / Products to the Purchaser after multiple attempts. This may happen in case the address provided is incorrect or incase the house is locked at the time of delivery or if the shipment is not accepted by you. Once the returned products / orders are received, the order is deemed to be cancelled and the refund process is commenced as per our Refund Policy.In case the purchaser prefers to receive the product even after return; the same will have to place the order again.
